I’m Ariel Morado, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Austin, Texas. I work with driven, high-functioning adults who carry responsibility, pressure, and expectations — and who are ready to stop operating in survival mode and build real stability from the inside out.

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, with a strong focus on how past experiences, identity, and chronic stress live in the nervous system. Many of the people I work with are capable, disciplined, and outwardly “fine,” yet internally exhausted, disconnected, or constantly bracing for what’s next.

My approach is grounded, direct, and steady. I work with people who want clarity, regulation, and forward movement — not endless circling. I believe healing doesn’t require you to give up your strength or ambition. It requires learning how to work with your nervous system instead of pushing against it.
